Daniel has joined the faculty of the 2012 Atlantic Music Festival, working alongside brilliant composers George Tsontakis, Nils Vigeland, and Curtis colleague David Ludwig! Curated by composer-wunderkind Solbong Kim, the Festival season kicks off with concerts the second week of July through the beginning of August, on the lovely campus of Colby College in Waterville, Maine -- lobsters for all!
Daniel is the recipient of a Benjamin Franklin Fellowship to attend the Ph.D. in Music Composition program at the University of Pennsylvania!
Siddhartha's Dream, commissioned by the Curtis Institute of Music for the 20/21 Contemporary Music Ensemble led by David Hayes, will be presented by the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society this coming Sunday, December 4th -- find out more here!

The Enchantment of Calandrino, Daniel's one-act opera presented by International Opera Theater, premieres in Citta della Pieve and Citta di Saluzzo, Italy, this August!
